1. Moore Motor Sports LLC reserves the right to refuse rental for any reason.

2. Full refunds are available until the time that you have received the engine and accompanying parts.

3. The renter is responsible for the cost of any and all damages that occur to the engine and its components due to, but not limited to, the lack of lubrication, excessive heat, and external damages (oil pan hole, stripped bolt holes, etc). The cause of the internal damages will be determined by Cope Brothers Machine.

4. An eight hundred dollar deposit is required prior to the rental time period.

5. The engine and all the components must be returned by the Tuesday following the race weekend. NO EXCEPTIONS!

6. The stock style oil filter must remain installed on the engine. No remote oil filters allowed. Engine must be returned with original oil filter still installed.

7. Renter is responsible for adding oil and maintaining proper oil levels. Must run full synthetic racing oil in the engine.

8. No alterations may be made to any of the rented parts. Replacement of the altered parts will be the renter’s expense.

9. Moore Motor Sports LLC cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages.

10. The rental period is considered to be one race weekend. Laps counts exceeding 75 or "Double Header" weekends will require a 50% additional fee.
