1. Moore Motor Sports LLC reserves the right to send you out of the pit area for any reason.

2. Full refunds are available until the time that you have signed the track's release form. At which point there will be no refund available.

3. Everyone entering the pits must have a paper pit pass and a wristband that proves you signed the release form. The release form holds the speedway, sponsors and officials not liable. Moore Motor Sports LLC cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages.

4. To enter the pit area with Moore Motor Sports, you must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

5. You must remain with a team member at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS!

6. No shorts, or open-toed shoes allowed in pit area.

7. No personal cars in the pit area.
